About Us

Art Dwight is the president of One Decision, Inc. and the author of One Decision Can Change Everything. He has facilitated numerous organizations across several medium to large business sectors providing personal training to their employees and staff across all levels of management.

He's devoted more than 25 years of study and practical application into how we make decisions, a quest that inspired him to develop The Boomerang Principle® learning system.

Art has 21 years of leadership experience working for three different companies and 12 years of experience in the US military reserves. He was an associate publisher, general manager and advertising director for Post Newsweek Media, Inc., a division of a Fortune 500 company.

His experience as a single-father of two young daughters, while balancing a highly-demanding career, helped Art develop a unique appreciation and passion for helping others balance work and home life.

A former chair of the New England Newspaper Association's circulation training program, Art's notable clients include Marriott International, Arnold Porter, Post Newsweek Media, Availity and the City of Jacksonville.

Art is an advocate for community service and commits at least 5 percent of his total revenues to non-profit organizations each year. He has a BA from Hobart College and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University. Certified in Organizational Analysis and Design (OAD), he is also a certified facilitator for LifeSuccess Productions of Toronto, Canada.

He lives in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife and three daughters.
